The facts are Alberto Gonzales has not protected the constitution, he has bent and broken it. The DOJ was not created to be a political wing of the executive branch. it is not supposed to be the personal group of lawyers for the President. It's supposed to uphold the law of the USA. I encourage disscusion and look forward to rational arguments. I am all for a true discussion of the facts.
